Trumbull Forest Products operates two hardwood lumber manufacturing divisions located in Atlantic, PA. We manufacture hardwood skids / pallets / dunnage for use in the shipping and transportation of all types of industrial product. We operate two sawmills which produce rough cut hardwood lumber servicing 3 end user categories: grade lumber distribution / industrial blocking / and railroad tie manufacturing.

We offer a variety of hardwood species such as Red Oak, White Oak, Hard Maple, Soft Maple, Cherry, Ash, Hickory, Birch and many more, ensuring that we can meet the needs of any flooring, furniture, cabinetry user or wholesale concentration yard. Our hardwood lumber is sourced from our own sustainable forestry operations in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Northern West Virginia.

CUSTOM WOOD PALLET/SKID SOLUTIONS

We also offer high volume pallet building services to meet the needs of businesses that require large quantities of pallets. We have the capacity to produce high volumes of pallets in a timely manner, ensuring that your business always has the pallets it needs to run smoothly.

I believe you must do your homework up front before you hire any company. I worked through the Ohio Forestry Association to get names of companies that could bid on harvesting my land. We started doing business with Jim Bertin as our forestry consultant in 1989. Since meeting Jim and the people at Trumbull, we have used them on an-going basis every 2-3 years. Trumbull cuts our land based on our wishes. There are a lot of fly-by-night operations out there and we've heard many horror stories.
